Accessibility Statement
The terms and information that apply to this part of Hoslift.
Last Updated: 1 August 2026
Our Commitment
Hoslift is committed to making its public Website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target.
This Statement applies to the public Website available at https://hoslift.com. It does not cover third-party websites, platforms or content that Hoslift does not control.
Accessibility Measures
The Website is designed and maintained with measures including:
- semantic page structure and meaningful heading order;
- a skip link for keyboard users;
- keyboard-operable navigation and controls;
- visible keyboard focus;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- labels and instructions for form controls;
- readable colour contrast and text sizing;
- responsive layouts and support for browser zoom;
- reduced-motion support where motion is used; and
- accessibility checks during material design and component changes.
Assessment Scope and Method
Accessibility review covers the shared header, navigation, footer and legal-page template, together with representative public pages and the contact journey.
The review considered keyboard navigation, focus visibility, headings and landmarks, link and control labelling, image alternatives, form labelling, colour contrast, responsive presentation, browser zoom and reduced motion. It used source review and manual checks in current desktop and mobile browser layouts.
This review is an internal assessment, not an independent accessibility certification, and does not by itself establish complete conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every browser, device or assistive-technology combination.
Known Limitations
Hoslift has not recorded a specific unresolved accessibility barrier in the Website content within the reviewed scope. This does not mean that no barrier exists.
Content or services reached through third-party links may have accessibility limitations outside Hoslift's control. Browser, operating-system and assistive-technology combinations may also produce different results. If a barrier is confirmed, Hoslift will record it here where appropriate, assess its impact, provide a practical alternative when reasonably possible and prioritize correction according to severity.

Accessibility feedback
Please include the affected page or URL, what you were trying to do and a description of the barrier. Browser, device and assistive-technology details can help us investigate, but you are not required to disclose a disability or provide sensitive personal information.
Hoslift aims to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to provide an update, practical alternative or resolution plan within 10 business days where reasonably possible. These are service targets, not guarantees or contractual service levels.
Ongoing Review
Hoslift reviews accessibility after material changes to shared components and periodically as the Website develops. This Statement will be updated when the assessment scope, known limitations, contact route or other material accessibility information changes.
